    The Duluth Junk Hunt is a three-day indoor market that is filled with rusty, chippy, vintage goodness.
    Vendors come from all over the state of MN and beyond bringing in the coolest antique finds & repurposed pieces. Furniture, home decor, jewelry...and incredible JUNK that will give you all the heart-eyes!
    Come junk with us at the spring Duluth Junk Hunt, April 25 – 27, 2024 at the DECC (Duluth Entertainment Convention Center) in beautiful Duluth, MN.
    Thursday 4-7 PM, Early Birds - $15 online / $17 at the door
    Friday & Saturday 9 AM - 4 PM, General Admission - $5 online / $7 at the door. All tickets include free re-entry all weekend long.
    We will have 125+ booths of vintage finds & repurposed treasures, as well as a special makers area filled with jewelry, candles, cupcakes & more! It's such a fun shopping experience, and we really hope you can join us!

  • Disney's Finding Nemo Jr.

    Duluth Playhouse Youth Theatre is delighted to present Disney’s Finding Nemo Jr., running April 26 - 28, 2024 at the NorShor Theatre. This one-act musical adaptation of the beloved Pixar movie Finding Nemo will enchant audiences of all ages with its lovable characters, unforgettable melodies, and inventive stagecraft and puppetry.

     

    At the heart of this timeless story is Marlin, an anxious clown fish whose adventurous son Nemo is unexpectedly captured by a diver and taken to a fish tank in Sydney. Determined to find him, Marlin embarks on an epic journey across the vast ocean. Along the way, he encounters Dory, an endlessly optimistic blue tang fish with a short-term memory but a heart of gold. Together, Marlin and Dory navigate the challenges of the deep blue sea and encounter a colorful array of friends who offer guidance, wisdom, and laughter. From the laid-back sea turtle Crush, who surfs the currents with ease, to the supportive Tank Gang, a lively group of fish residing in a tank in the Sydney Harbour Aquarium, each character adds their own unique charm to the adventure.

     

    Featuring brand new music by the renowned songwriting team from Frozen, Finding Nemo Jr. is a heartwarming tale that celebrates the enduring themes of love, friendship, and courage.

  • Constellations

    Duluth Playhouse Underground is thrilled to present Constellations, a spell-binding love story, running April 11 - 27, 2024 at The Lab. Told forwards, backwards, and sideways, Nick Payne’s “romantic bombshell” (Variety) asks big questions while affirming life, love and companionship. 

    After theoretical physicist Marianne and beekeeper Roland meet at a backyard barbecue, their lives cascade into an unimaginable tapestry of potentialities. They fall madly in love, or perhaps they don’t. Maybe they break up, and when they run into each other at a dance class, Marianne reveals that she's now engaged to someone else and that's that. They might get married, or it’s possible their time together is tragically short. Set against the backdrop of the multiverse, Roland and Marianne’s romance plays out over a myriad of possible lifetimes.

  • CSS Family Music Series: Carnival of the Animals
    Saturday, April 27 10:00 AM

    Join the CSS String Orchestra and pianists Jessica Schroeder and Emily Valine as they perform Camille Saint-Saëns’ Carnival of the Animals, with narration by Kevin Quarmby. The program will also feature additional CSS student ensembles and kids will have an opportunity to try out various musical instruments for themselve.

    General admission is $7 for adults and free for all kids and students, pre-K to college, and free for Sisters of the St. Scholastica Monastery.
