Check-in information and directions are provided in your Airbnb itinerary/receipt. In your Airbnb itinerary, the Self Check-In tab, or Check-In information, you will find instructions and access information for your unit, parking and passes. Access information will be visible prior to arrival in your itinerary and check-in is any time after 3pm.

There is! In your Airbnb itinerary you will find instructions and notes on parking. The properties may include a garage, off street parking and street parking details.

The street parking around the UWS campus is Permit Parking Only. Guest Parking permits are provided in your unit for your arrival.

You can sign up using your email address, Facebook account, Google account or AMEX. After you sign up, be sure to complete your account before booking a reservation.

Airbnb requires a few pieces of information before travel on Airbnb. Guests need to have this information filled out before they can make a reservation request. This information helps make sure hosts know who to expect, and how to contact the guest.

Airbnb’s requirements for guests include:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Confirmed Phone Number
• Introductory Message
• Agreement to the House Rules
• Payment Information

Hosts will not see guest’s real email addresses, even after they book a stay. Instead, hosts will see a temporary Airbnb email address that forwards their messages to guests. Some hosts may also ask guests to provide photo ID before booking their space. For assistance or questions with AirBNB accounts, your host is unable to offer assistance. Please call 1-855-424-7262. 

In your Airbnb itinerary, under Resources, the Self Check-In tab, or Check-In information you will find instructions and the door access code for your unit.

Once you have a confirmed reservation, your billing receipt and itinerary are automatically generated and stored in Your Trips. They're updated in the event you cancel your reservation, change your reservation, or receive a refund.

  • Next to the reservation you want to see the itinerary for, click View Itinerary.

  • Go to Your Trips on airbnb.com.
  • Next to the reservation you want to see the receipt for, click View Itinerary.
  • Under Billing, click Detailed Receipt. For receipts from past trips, click See Trip Details.

• Direct link to message your host to confirm check-in details
