Is there free parking available at your AirBNB units? There is! In your Airbnb itinerary you will find instructions and notes on parking. The properties may include a garage, off street parking and street parking details.
The street parking around the UWS campus is Permit Parking Only. Guest Parking permits are provided in your unit for your arrival.
Are pets allowed at your AirBNB units? There is a no pet policy at our properties, and difficult to make exceptions as it is very problematic with other guests in the building when they expect a no pet policy.
I don't have an AirBNB account. How do I set one up?
Signing up for an Airbnb account is easy, and best of all - free!
Go to airbnb.com, click Sign Up or download the Airbnb App on your mobile device.
You can sign up using your email address, Facebook account, Google account or AMEX. After you sign up, be sure to complete your account before booking a reservation.
What are the requirements to book on Airbnb?
Airbnb requires a few pieces of information before travel on Airbnb. Guests need to have this information filled out before they can make a reservation request. This information helps make sure hosts know who to expect, and how to contact the guest.
Airbnb’s requirements for guests include:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Confirmed Phone Number
- Introductory Message
- Agreement to the House Rules
- Payment Information
Hosts will not see guest’s real email addresses, even after they book a stay. Instead, hosts will see a temporary Airbnb email address that forwards their messages to guests. Some hosts may also ask guests to provide photo ID before booking their space. For assistance or questions with AirBNB accounts, your host is unable to offer assistance. Please call 1-855-424-7262.
Where can I find information for my AirBNB trip?
In your Airbnb itinerary, under Resources, the Self Check-In tab, or Check-In information you will find instructions and the door access code for your unit.
Once you have a confirmed reservation, your billing receipt and itinerary are automatically generated and stored in Your Trips. They're updated in the event you cancel your reservation, change your reservation, or receive a refund.
