Professionally Cleaned - 
Enjoy a spotless home with fresh, hotel-grade linens, a starter set of toiletries and some cooking basics and beverages. We have a dedicated laundry facility for each property to ensure your linens are clean and sanitized. We use scent-free detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets, for all the laundry to ensure allergies and/or scent sensitivities are accounted for. All of the rentals include basic cleaning supplies for guests to use during their stay.  

In-Room Kitchens/Kitchenettes - 
Prepare meals for family and friends in fully equipped kitchens and some basic utensils in the kitchenettes. Homes and apartments include fully stocked kitchens including spices, oil, butter, storage containers, baking sheet and cookware. You can always find a selection of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, and creamer available!

Our team is here to help make your stay more enjoyable. Guests have a dedicated service phone number to call (available in your in-room binder), and 24/7 AirBNB support available at (855) 424-7262.

*Please note that any streaming services will require your own login. Superior Bay does not provide streaming service account logins for guests.  

Seamless & Contactless Check-In - 
Allowing you to bypass the front desk, our contactless check-in allows you to complete registration online and receive check-in instructions automatically to access your room directly. Our contactless check-in allows guests to check in any time after 3pm, without a strict arrival time and all reservation information is on your Airbnb app on arrival day.

Short-term Rentals 

Short-term and vacation rental property offer furnished living space for short stays, from a few nights to several months, and are considered an alternative to a hotel, motel, or resort.  

Property owners who enjoy a second home or vacation property part time can rent the property when they are not occupying it. Because Short-Term Rentals are most often used by people on vacation, stays might vary from a few nights to several weeks or months.  Anything under 30 nights is generally considered a STR and the use of platforms like VRBO, HomeAway and Airbnb are popular for guests and hosts. STR works for owners that want to enjoy the property themselves throughout the year. 

Each city or county in a state defines what qualifies as a short-term rental property, and owners should verify local regulations, zoning, taxes, and licensing before leasing their property. Research local zoning, regulations, and restrictions for STR and register for appropriate licenses through the state, county, or city. Expect to pay occupancy taxes, also known as a hotel tax.
